The Idea Foundry has 33 enclosed private offices of a variety of sizes, from 80 to over 600 SF. Base rent includes internet & all utilities, membership and monthly reserved conference room time, plus all the other perks of coworking membership. We accept 6 & 12 month leases.
We can create a package for growing teams that includes office(s) and dedicated desks, dedicated storage, extra memberships, extra conference room time, or additional services such as dedicated wifi access point or wired fiber setup.
